Roger King is a seasoned real estate investor with over 27 years of expertise, specializing in strategic real estate ventures. As the founder of a boutique firm, his methods have yielded over $10 million in profitable returns to his investors during the last decade. Currently overseeing a diverse portfolio valued at over $45 million, Roger’s focus centers on residential and commercial properties, including a strong emphasis on mobile home park communities scattered around the U.S.

Beyond his professional achievements, Roger is committed to philanthropy. He has contributed to rebuilding orphanages in Kenya and supported families during meditation retreats in India and Fiji. A former professional jazz drummer, Roger’s musical pursuits have led his bands to open for renowned artists like Brian Setzer, Spyro Gyra, and Bryan Adams. With a passion for personal development, he has embraced unique challenges by walking on fire 13 times, skydiving, and working towards his private pilots license. An avid golfer, Roger, accompanied by his puppy Daisy, relishes their time on the picturesque beaches at sunset on the island of Puerto Rico, which they now call home.
